At Langford Home, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Most items are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What Is Covered

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failures under normal intended use
  • Missing or defective parts upon delivery

If a covered issue is confirmed, Langford Home will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or issue an appropriate resolution.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic variations in natural materials such as wood, stone, terracotta, or concrete 
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper care, weather exposure, or commercial use unless otherwise specified
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product

Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the product and the affected area

Providing complete information helps us review your claim as quickly as possible.

Warranty Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable solution.
